In the years since leaving the Spice Girls, Victoria Beckham has become something of a style icon – and owned numerous Range Rovers – so when it was time to craft an upmarket version of the already gorgeous Range Rover Evoque, Land Rover executives turned to her for advice. The video shows just a few of the changes in the tarted-up Rover, along with plenty of comments from Victoria and Land Rover Design Chief Gerry McGovern on the inspiration for the model, which is easily the most avant-garde Range Rover model in years.
As for the car, it’s received dozens of visual tweaks. The grille surround is rose gold, a gold/copper alloy, as are the badges. On the inside, the leather is semi-aniline and baseball stitched, and the floormats are mohair. The car is finished in matte gray with gloss black pillars, roof, and 20-inch wheels. It even comes with its own luggage set, made out of the same microsuede as the headliner. Only 200 of these special-edition Evoques will be made.
