Range Rover Teams Up with Victoria Beckham on Evoque Special Edition : Beijing 2012

Range-Rover-Evoque-Special-Edition The Spice Girls have long since faded into the annals of late 20th Century pop culture. But Victoria Beckham has gone on to have a successful career with a bespoke fashion brand, and went on to win the Designer Brand of the Year award at the 2011 British Fashion Awards. Recognizing her status and brand awareness, Land Rover teamed up with Beckham to help create its new Range Rover Evoque Special Edition. If this bespoke Evoque appeals to you, act fast, because only 200 will be built for worldwide sale, with only five earmarked for the U.S. market.

The Evoque Special Edition will be offered exclusively in the two-door body style, featuring a hand-finished matte grey paintjob with Santorini black gloss contrast accents. The predominant theme for exterior trim is “rose gold” a gold/copper alloy commonly utilized in watches and jewelry, accenting the grille surround, badges and the 20-inch gloss black forged alloy wheels. The unique accent finish also carries over to the interior to the center console rotary controls and rotary shifter.

Other interior touches include semi-aniline leather with a hand-finished baseball stitch detail. The natural-grain leather also covers the door inserts, armrests, and console storage bin lid. The floormats are made of mohair, and the headliner is finished with micro-suede material. The Evoque Special Edition also comes with its own four-piece luggage set lined with the same micro-suede as the headliner. The sound system is a 17-speaker, 825-watt system by British audio specialist Meridian.

Still not exclusive enough for you? Each Special Edition will come with a hand-stitched leather portfolio with rose gold detailing signed by Victoria Beckham herself.
